Lunch Beat Helsinki vol II

Second time in Helsinki, first time for me. One hour. Just dance. There are ten rules for Lunch Beat, which can be checked from Manifesto. But if you read the former sentence, the rules should be quite simple. It was funny to see the place getting crowded and people leaving for work after one hour of jamming, overall a nice experience! If you missed this one for some reason, remember to reserve a place for yourself next time following Lunch Beat Helsinki's Facebook page!

There was also a fantastic photography exhibiton Think of Finland by Martin Parr, his intimate photographs filled with satirical humour of Finnish life got me to smile. The exhibition is ongoing until 8th of April.

In Finland we like to party, however, Lunch Beat is an international concept from Sweden.

Delicious lunch bag included glass nudels with veggies, a self-made cookie and a smoothie. Life sure is better after this lunch meeting <3

11.-14th August was time for traditional Hytky <3 Entropy Summer gathering Kesäsiirtola in beautiful Nummi-Pusula.

This happening was -again, the best things in my life.

3G UG

Wow, last weekend in Helsinki was incredible! My friend Heidi was an angel for homeless hippies who quickly took over the Töölö residence, hello to hylli & asta <3

The weekend was busy and was covered only with few hours of sleep. Especially on Saturday Helsinki was showing the best street-wise culture with Kallio Block Party (Kallio is the hippiest neighborhood in the city) and its quality music, for example Finnish electro band JESSE, 3 different, Independent Underground parties, in which all I visited and, of course, the Graduation party of my dear disko sisko, Jemina.

Sunday was a holy objection for private cars, which was taken care of two sound systems in the heart of Helsinki, next to Stockmann with some quality drum'n'bass (hei iku <3) and deep minimal techno etc.
